​​Addictions have become a significant issue for many people.  The problems are not confined to any age, segment of the population, gender, or socio-economic status.  The epidemic is prevalent causing hardships for individuals, families, and communities.  Henry County has mounted efforts to help support those with addiction issues and their families.  The on-going focus has led to multiple efforts by organizations, volunteers, and groups tackling the issue head-on.

• Contact the Tri-County Community Action Agency's COMPASS Program for information and referrals.  Local government has collaborated with them to provide experienced and compassionate help with linking to needed services.  http://www.tricountycaaky.org/compass.html
  
• The Hope Community Center offers multiple supports for individuals and families who are struggling with the effects of addiction.  You can reach the staff at 502-518-0524 for individualized help in obtaining the help you may need.  
  
• Celebrate Recovery provides weekly and on-going support for those choosing recovery.
